What a great video! Toyota are going to be very soon if not already, pretty much cornering the market surely? Mitsubishi having pulled out of Europe & the UK; people buying for business want reliability in return for there money spent - only option left is a HiLux. Isuzu is rubbish for towing, regardless of what the spec’s say, it has lost it’s appeal since they dropped the 2.5 twin turbo D. Mistake. Ford Ranger has lost it’s appeal since making that 3.2 unreachable unless you want to buy a raptor. And forget anyone else. So HiLux has the market. However… where I think they are missing a trick, is not offering the single & extra cab options with the 2.8 as well. Most of those people buying a single or extra cab version are solely buying for business/work purposes - I know I would have happily paid the upgrade fee for a 2.8 in the extra cab I’ve ordered. But, I know if they do ever offer it, I am sure I won’t lose much if I was to upgrade later with such confidence in the value of second hand HiLux’.
