I am a sole proprietor freelance IT professional. I do not have a chamber of commerce certificate. Is it necessary? In my bank account I have about 7 million PKR. will this be a suitable replacement for not having the chamber of commerce certificate?

yes it is you should apply south korea and japan travel both countries in 1 tour because flight cost between both are less then 80$
