That rail slide/loop-de-loop might just be the coolest one ever. Great walk through camera-eye view of the game. For its time one of the best pins, for sure.
I'm buyin this pin next because of Bone! Honestly I'd never thought I'd want one but long story short I like the artwork and call outs. I also own a TFTC and love the art style. It's funny what some people hate others love. I get why you guys don't like it but its what I grew up with so to me its period correct and its what makes me like it. I would've never looked at this pin but I keep hearing good reviews about how its a sleeper. For the price now days it's an easy add to my collection.
In the conclusion you say you won't he disappointed if you find one at a good price. What do you think is a good price for a good condition LW3 these days?
ya Hi Ya Yah hah. Another great review. For the money its ok. Now do the LOTR review;) I have a off topic question for you guys. What vehicle aside from a commercial vehicle can you fit two machines in>? I own a car dealership. So i have access to all sorts. Not sure if a pickup truck will do the job. Do people stack machines. Will a mini van with the seats pulled fit two>?
Top marks for layout, game play, enjoyability and theme. Lower marks for art. rules, DMD, toys, music. ...but layout, game play, enjoyability and theme are the main reasons I play pinball. Art score would have jumped with a Sandra-Bullock-on-Demo-Man sized picture of Rene Rousso on the back glass.
"Was Lethal Weapon even that big of a movie..." How old is Zach? 20? How could you not LOVE the Lethal Weapon series having lived through the 90s? Lethal Weapon 3 was the best of the bunch! C+C Music Factory for the win! Also, Zach... GREAT impression of ZZ Top. Surprisingly nailed it :-)
I played the game in the arcade, it played well, but no overly exciting. Back in 2002 I found one for sale for $650, that seem to have very little play. Except for a few scratches on the cabinet and cracked plastic over the targets on the right side its in great shape. It has not really appreciated in value since I bought it, probably worth about $4000 in 2021.
I just bought a Lethal Weapon I’m near mint condition because price was right. I have never played and am a bit nervous to watch this video and see what you say (comment previewing ). Worse case is I keep it a few months and later trade/sell it for something else. Now time to watch and see if you make me excited for this purchase or not since I really know little about the game itself.
You should include price into these reviews. Because even though I totally agree it's not as good of a machine as any of the ones you have reviewed, many if not all of those games are significantly more expensive. For the amount you pay for a Lethal Weapon 3 you get quite the game. Great points you guys made though, love the game and glad you guys reviewed it. :D
Some 'poopy' game. :D - My guilty pleasure ist TMNT. It's the worst game I ever had but it's so bad (and music is kinda aewome if you're in the license) it's still so much fun I'm ashamed of myself. :-P
It's about time you guys finally reviewed a good machine! 😉
Swainer80 haha we thought of you the whole time buddy

Almost got my hands on a LW3 over the weekend...would have been nice.
Bought one of these just a few days ago. Coming from Montana in about a week. Looking forward to it!
Hey guys, what would be a steal of a price for LW3?
There is something about these Data East games that the audio is so nostalgic to me. And the funny thing is, it's not great, but I love it!
turbografx7 for sure and I always notice data east games all having similar sound effects
Great job on the restoration!
Great photos...loving it.
Very nostalgic machine from my teenage arcade days
Not the greatest but is very dear to me all the same

Well, what happened? Did you like it?
This is a kick ass machine. Idc what anyone says.
You guys need to use the “phone a friend” lifeline and call Chuck for your future #askchuck questions. Totally cheesy, but would be hilarrrrrious
Donald Miguel ha ha that would be fun! Thanks for the 💡
