And just because our current elected officials have promised a peaceful transfer of power doesn't mean can't stand in protest of that. What helped me throughout my middle school and high school years was getting engrossed in the world of literature, my favorite book being The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison. In a nutshell, it was about a girl who just wanted to be accepted and liked, but couldn't because of her skin color. I related to her because I just wanted to be accepted and liked but couldn't because of my layers of fat. Well, that fat girl grew up and though I'm still fat, lol, I learned to (sort of) accept myself. Layers of fat and all! But I digress, I am very worried about our collective futures: the Ukrainians, the Palestinians, my son, who is half black on his dad's side, but mostly, and quite selfishly for myself. I'm quite ill and I'm now on disability. I'm afraid of losing my sole source of income, and along with that, my health care that is keeping me alive. I'm just really, really scared. But we must carry on. What else can we do? To quote a famous poet, i think of Welsh descent, "Do not go gentle into that good night". Peace.

A recount needs to do over before January. There are ballots still out there not counted. They had people who were republican counting those ballots so those same people might put Kamala ballot aside or throw them away to count Trump ballots. Biden should get the bottom of this. It's true that some people didn't vote for Kamala as a protest against the Biden administration's support of Netenyahu brutal war in Gaza..Yes it played a part but there were also just lots of apathetic Democrats who stayed home..I have been dealing with them in my community and it had nothing to do with Gaza.. These people were just checked out of politics and even Project 2025 couldn't break through to them . Some said that they don't believe those policies can be instituted or said I was being hyperbolic and trying to scare them into voting.

A recount needs to do over before January. There are ballots still out there not counted. They had people who were republican counting those ballots so those same people might put Kamala ballot aside or throw them away to count Trump ballots. Biden should get the bottom of this. Let’s petition for Biden to do a recount

It's true that some people didn't vote for Kamala as a protest against the Biden administration's support of Netenyahu brutal war in Gaza..Yes it played a part but there were also just lots of apathetic Democrats who stayed home..I have been dealing with them in my community and it had nothing to do with Gaza.. These people were just checked out of politics and even Project 2025 couldn't break through to them . Some said that they don't believe those policies can be instituted or said I was being hyperbolic and trying to scare them into voting.
