I have a 2020 Dodge Durango SXT plus love it bought it with 19,000 miles now has 21,000 great choice in a vehicle 👍
They really are pretty good. We love the Durango. Thanks for watching!
Not surprised the *stealership* told you they needed to _replace_ the entire carpet for that small issue. 😂
Yup. And they want to disassemble the entire interior. Oh and the carpet is on indefinite backorder. Ha
@@greasebellygarage Even if this was covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty as a defect, I would not let them do this as they are sure to lose and break parts in the process, misplace a screw and a bolt, and put the thing back together with squeaks and rattles!
@@toronado455 I just told the service writer "don't touch it" and don't order the carpet either.
As far as the "advantage package"... there's no hiding what's going on.... it's really just additional dealer markup by another name. They can come up with as many different ways to name and market their profit grabs, but at the end of the day it's all the same. "Let's try to fool the customer into thinking the ADM is providing something of actual value". 😂
It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. You get priority service appointments but if everybody gets the advantage package then no one is a priority. Stupid stupid stupid.
I agree about the "Goldilocks" sizing of the Durango. The Full size SUVs are really behemoths. Durango is a very usable size while still being reasonable to get through narrow streets and such.
It really is a great size. It feels big but drives little.... That make sense??
