How it started: "I'm gonna do a small video on green dragons" How it's going: "Hear me out, all of Faerun is one giant board game for dragons, we're all PAWNS I TELL YOU!"
I've found Green Dragon Wyrmlings to actually be quite fun to play with! Though our pranks can get a little more... intense than they might otherwise be. And it takes some effort to earn the parents' trust
Our DM just ran us through the Kua-Toa village from Out of the Abyss. By the the of that story segment we all felt sympathy for our DM having to convey multiple Kua-Toa names, one after another. Despite our sympathy, our whole table was cracking up. Now a few of us want to run a full Kua-Toa party, just to crystalize this particularly hilarious tongue twisting naming convention.
If you think I’m running a character, or forcing another player, to pay a servant to a servant of a Jorgan Tal playing dragon you got another thing coming
If you think I’m not running a character, or forcing another player, to play a servant to a servant of a Jorgan Tal playing dragon you got another thing coming
Me: "Dragon 4 was a horrible tyrant terrorizing everyone in their domain. Dragon 5 hunts unwary adventurers to rob their treasure. Dragon 6 wants to be a working gal in the big city. Dragon 7..."
Ran lost mines and when my pcs found the green dragon Venomfang in thundertree, they tried reasoning with it snd one of them got blasted with its poison breath and got killed outright, amazingly they actually managed to kill the thing even with one of the party members dead. Dragon couldnt roll to hit to save its life even with a +7 to attack. We have a paladin with a 21 AC that used an ability that imposes disadvatage when it attacks anyone else so with his high armor class he was able to hold it back. RIP Draxus
@@Lorepaedia none in particular I was just curious because this is probably one of the better videos presenting green dragons as obviously big, forest dwelling, magical creatures, but also the ways they might interact with one another
@@lihanchai154 well for starters, only white dragons were known for abandoning their young. The second ed monster manual goes into detail about how crazy protective all but the whites were of their young. WOTC cut out age classes stream lining the whole pack. Hell the power difference between a red and silver in prior editions was not even close. Then there is the omission of the mafia factor. You generally would never get near a green. Trolls, spider nests, whatever they had control of would deal with you first.
@mikewaterfield3599 plus dragons are supposed to be great wizards/sorcerers yet 5E monster manuels don't give them the credit they deserve in this aspect.

Shut up Dokall, know your purpose.
I'm a first edition player, had my first adventure in 1981 and I absolutely love your content. Keep it coming
Thanks so much! Working on a new one :D

Dragon parenting is tough for sure.
Here's to you doing more dragon vids! This is definitely one of my favorites so far.
Thanks, I am planning a big dragon vid within the next month. Thanks for watching!
Of all them crazy names in the Forgotten Realms, dragon names are the craziest. 😮💨

@@YKK_Zipper_Co Oh man, I did a kua-toa vid recently and those names are insane lmao.

Great video mate, really enjoy the lore content, hopefully you keep it up
Thanks so much! I will keep going. ^^
Enjoyed this, thx.
Thanks for watching!
I hope you will do a video on the Blue Dragons of Toril.

One less jerk-dragon in the world, praise Bahamut. I will update the Candlekeep records. 📖
@@Lorepaedia thank you, it was a glorious battle
Any plans on doing the other dragon varieties?
Yes! what type would you like to see as a topic?

@@Lorepaedia How about Faerie Dragons? Those sound fun! ;)
can you do a video on mirt the moneylender
Tragically misunderstood, they are like mob bosses. That and I despise the 5th ed cucking of chromatic dragons.
What did 5th E do to chromes?

@@mammonclarke that's a dang shame. That's either a way to let DM's customize their dragons' spellcasting abilities, or laziness.
