    hi ! Is there a way for a notification to appear on the dashboard when someone requests to speak with a human so that my client is notified?

      Yes! We do have in app notification in client dashboard for human agent request.

      @@ChatDash Where? I'm in the customer panel and I don't see it. Also when I want to intervene in the conversation manually it writes as a user message and not as the bot.

      Hello! You can only export single conversation as csv file. (Not in bulk) If you want to see this feature in ChatDash, feel free to post a feature request here: chatdash.featurebase.app/
