Not authentic AT ALL, coming straight from the source. The black color is the biggest stupidity, the nutri are red with beetroot juice not black with tea. And palak in nutri would make all Amritsaris puke. Pinning the comment of a 'Nair', a south Indian doesn't prove the recipe to be authentic. It is like a north Indian vetting that we make perfect idli sambhar here but only Sunita Nair ji will know that we have been fooling ourselves. This again proves you Ajay Ji) are very stupid. But the recipe is tasty as a separate nutri kulcha recipe. Facts are facts, accept them. Kuch bhi khilana band kijiye Ajay Ji. Disliked coz of wrong claim of authenticity!
