If you think about it doey can escape the factory just by slipping through doors but he stays and protects the rest of the toys and he has a LOT of potential. Even to defeat the prototype, but I’m pretty sure the doctor told the prototype his weakness. (And we killed him already so uh yeah)

Doey held back the prototype and god knows what other Big, bad toys he did, stayed for the other toys, saw things he shouldn't have (he saw all those dead toys and other things), helped the player, continued everytime he was frozen (HE'LL COME BACK!), even tried breaking open the generator, lost poppy who was someone he relied on and just kept going.

I lowkey can relate to doey, it’s like having bipolar, something happens and you got fight all your emotions to remain calm. Sometimes you lose battle and rage floods in, you don’t want to be so angry but you can only watch yourself destruct and in the end, all you can say is “im sorry”
