Steve, you could try ironing the pouch where the part that is catching on the zipper is going the other way, and a well as the corners. I would try checking an out of the way spot with a low to medium temperature first though in case it melts.
Temu is good for a lot of stuff that you would normally buy on amazon but not electronics or things you would cook or microwave. Don't trust the plastics or materials to not end up in your food. Things like chargers or power banks, whenever you hear about someones flashlight or charger explode or catch on fire it's always some weird knock off. Other stuff is great especially accessories and bags. The bags are literally the same ones found on amazon.
That is the exact pouch I was talking about. I recently bought another one myself, and neither of them have the zipper issue you're having so that sucks to see. In fact the zipper on the first one was what surprised me the most about it, and led me to buy another one. It is a $4 pouch though so quality control probably isn't a top priority in manufacturing 😂 For what they are, like you said, they're just good for organizing smaller stuff within a larger kit or bag where having a $20-40 Maxpedition pouch isn't really necessary. The first one I bought just lives as a small first aid kit in whichever hunting pack I'm using at the time.
I did put a few things in it and it seems to have helped the zipper. Seems like just empty it kept getting bound up. I might put some pew-pew cleaning stuff in it and keep it in the range bag.
Fun stuff! Always like seeing your hauls! I actually dig the watch for only $7. There's something to be said for just a cheap beater piece
