Thanks for showing us this amazing Mushing race. Congratulations to all who participated in the race. Also, thank you to those who put this race together. 👍
The Aurora are spectacular. You'll never get over the loss of your Mom. After 21 yrs I still wish mine could be here to share the good, and hard times, with her. Blessings💖
Stacy, you are amazing at Narration. Your videos are edited, filmed at the highest quality. I got to say your opening segment was so moving and a beautiful tribute to your mother and of a year put to rest. Love ya too Gary. Thank you so very much for sharing. I was in tears, I cried so hard. Tears of loss, tears of gratitude, tears for what was and tears for what is to come. Excellent job!
Thank you for sharing all your adventures. God bless you both. I lost my husband of 50 years 18 months ago, we were lucky to have made a trip to Alaska a few years ago, beautiful place. ❤
I absolutely love you too Alaska is on my bucket list I’m 55 now lost my husband 5 years ago to bone cancer we always wanted to live there! Thanks for the showing the Iditarod an stay warm!!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻for you… my late husband and I had a cruise scheduled but then it was cancelled during covid and he passed away from covid 3 years ago… Haven’t cruised since and miss it so much!
My husband and I really enjoyed watching this video. We learned a lot of new info about Alaska and the race. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us! Have a happy and blessed New Year!❤
I love those dogs. We adopted a former musher dog as a kid. He didn't quite make the cut. But, he was my running buddy for almost 10 years. We had a family friend who was a hobbyist. I was a kid so don't know the details. But Garth lives for 16 years. Our Labradors thought he was bonkers. He talked back to my parents more than my sisters ever did. We plan to rescue one this next summer. There are many in the shelters down here in Washington state. These musher's care deeply for them. So thank you for sharing just a snippet. Happy New Year. Cheers-Jenn p.s. The pups look like they think that's just a warm up. And want more.
Thank u both so much for following and explaining this race so well. Made me feel like I was right there. Is your business giving tours? Love the way u included so beautifully Reumy into your pack. Your momma feels the love and sends it right back to you in that beautiful Aurora.
Hi. What a great video. I have always been fascinated by dog sledge racing from a very young age. Always have loved husky and that's why we adopted our husky called Jasper. Given a chance to escape he would run so fast, we would find him miles away. Maybe not as fast now days as he's getting on a bit but I'm sure he would give us a run for our money's lol. I look forward to your next video. Xxxxw
Loved watching this race.We come to Alaska every summer. We have friends who are in Nome now and would love to be there sometime when the Iditarod finishes.Always enjoy your videos.
Our friend Tim was honored last year at the Copper Basin 300 with bib 1. 💔❤ Keeping mushing going is so very important. The light show was beautiful. They shined bright over here as well, but I managed to sleep through them lol. Thank goodness for my neighbors who got some amazing shots. 🤣 Great video you two! ☺
I really enjoyed immersing ourselves into this race... it gave us a new appreciation of the sport and how dedicated these mushers are to their dogs. The Copper Basin race I believe is this weekend... you should go out and capture some of the fun! Thanks for watching my friend... stay warm and please send some snow over here... we need it badly.
Yes it is nice because as we mentioned the sport is struggling some but with so many youth involved and many kennels finding ways to share the love of mushing hopefully it will never go away! We have a new deep appreciation for the sport after spending this weekend covering it from start to finish.
So fun! But when you’re talking about having lost the important people in your life (I have lost my mom and dad, and my husband who was my one and only--all too young) it makes me want to run away and never stop running 😔 … it’s hard to live contently afterwards….. love hearing about the Iditarod ….I love snow activities….you have a wonderful life…enjoy and savor ❤
Loss and grief is a hard one but with the New Year I am trying my best to move forward into the next stage of remembering them and trying to be happy again.
