I will never forget the first time that I heard this song. As I was just beginning to follow Father's leading into the Ancient Way, I found this album. One day, while at the house, I had it blaring. When they got to the bridge and began to repeat "Baruch haba b’Shem Adonai", I began to weep and had no idea why. I knew little to nothing about the Hebrew language then, but my innermost place was moved and what was taking place would change me forever. Fast forward to today and, in measure, I know more about this incredible phrase and all that surrounds it being uttered yet again in a day to come, fulfilling its first record found in Psalm 118. Come Messiah Yeshua and receive Your reward!
I've probably listen to this video going on 50 times in the last few months. I'm a 69 year-old prophetic music minister. I have seen it where if you're not in your 20s or 30s you are pigeonholed as irrelevant. I can't tell you how good it does my heart to see "an old guy" honored this way. I must say the drums during the "Baruch Haba" part is something I don't think Paul ever had his drummer do before... and I love it! It definitely reflects that Paul's band has transitioned. He went from a 30 or so-person choir with a mini orchestra and a little guitar and drum set, to 16-person choir with a modern worship band and some middle eastern instruments.
