During COVID, I let my hair go gray and worked from home and going into work on occasion. I soon realized that I didn’t want to keep going to the stylist to get my hair highlighted and roots done every three weeks. I also got tired when I would be out shopping, for example, and the store staff if I were to ask them a question or something along those lines, the conversation would end with them calling me, sweetheart, or dear. Translation = old. 😂 This alternative hair was one of the first ones that I bought. When I wore it to work, everyone just thought I got my hair colored since the style is somewhat similar as well as the length to my bio hair. The compliments I got were wonderful. I went from feeling invisible (e.g. even when shopping) to becoming more visible and people actually initiating smiling at me and treating me differently in a positive way. This is really a great style to wear. Even though the wig I had was with Tress Allure’s old fibers, those fibers were already great and very natural looking. They held up well, considering it is heat friendly. If someone feels it may be a little long for them, you can always ask your stylist to give it a point cut trim of an inch or two. I would recommend watching other TH-cam videos on this style to see different perspectives, though Amanda ALWAYS does a fantastic job!❤️
I have this wig but in the 3 toned gray (at least I think that's what it's called) I don't remember the numbers but it's light around the face, darkens as you move away from the face and the long back layers are the darkest of all. It's really cute and looks perfect on you! I like your claw suggestions and will do a little playing around with mine like that, too. Happy Holidays to you and yours!!
Hi Amanda! ❤❤❤ This is already in my Favorites list - such a cute style. It does look very fluffy - and it also looks extremely soft. I can only imagine how pretty this is in the medium brown color 🤎 Even though it is a longer piece - it looks like it would be easy to take care of and easy to style! I can't tell you how happy I am that you showed this style this is a must have one! Have a great day, you are such a sweetie! 🌸💮🌸
I'd call it more of a neutral colour that almost anyone can wear. More beige with red highlights, not yellowy brassy undertones. It's wonderful. Some might like the bottom flip turn under.

🥰 Circa 1974, I had this haircut. It was called “Shag”.
Love the style and the color. ❤

AMANDA!! OMW!! This is the prettiest one I've seen yet!! Do you thing it would look OK on someone 60ish?

Hello Amanda, has TressAllure generelly big caps or are there also for a small head? Thanks
This style never looked good on me. But it definitely looks good on you. How does one person pull off ALL the looks?
Wait, what happened to Amanda?? How did you get Rachel from Friends to host this video with her trademark shag bob?? 😉

I’m not sure… it looks good on you but… there’s something about it that just doesn’t set right in my mind… like a female version of a Mullet? 😁

You like what you like…I don’t like the style at all.
@@pennymcguire8151 yep, to each their own. 😊
