Hey Nash, how are you man? I’ve been watching your youtube chanel on the Rv park, I’m admired you man. I’m planning to buy a piece of land and put a Rv park just like you did. Can I ask you a question? I’m been looking on this 29 acres land, it has front facing with major HWY #35 Oklahoma to Texas but have no access to the land. To get to the property we have to use the back service road with 2 ways traffic, and another 1/4 mile road from the main service road to the property entrance is little bit narrow for 2 cars in & out. What you you think about the 1/4 mile road to the property? If that is problem for pulling Rv in & out the property . I’m planning to do long term parking around 40 sites just like you. Would you give me some perspective on this , Sir ! Thank you so much!

I’m more concerned about zoning laws. My family has a few acres of land that we want to use turn into an RV park but county planners are useless
