Amazing video !! I love these. But please let’s talk about Emily Rolfee and everything she has been doing and has done. I think she can be a great role model to those athletes who work a full time job but would love to go to the games and compete just as she does.
I agree, but CrossFit will not do it because she isn't one of the "popular" athletes. I think she definitely deserves more than a worthy mention or shout out, they should do "A Day in the Life of" for her.
She dominated the granite games, if she performs anything like that she might have a chance. Toomey is not terminator, she is an insane athlete but she's got competition this year for sure.

@@samj6846 completely agreed, When Froning was winning the competition was half as stiff as it is now. He's a great athlete but it's silly when people compare him and Fraser, Fraser won when the field was significantly deeper and stronger.
Disagree. Mat and Rich were competitors. Mat was seen as a challenger to Rich’s record and legacy, which is why comparisons were always brought up. Mal never competed against Mat nor is she a challenger to his legacy.
Wait so she says she's happier in her training environment, yet she said her previous coach was like family and she is his childs godmother. Girls got skills but not too sure bout her being "real". As Matt said their trying to create the image of her she wants to be seen as,......which doesnt mean thats who or what she really is. Good luck tho

She made the right choice switching coaches it's a real opportunity, it's how she did it..no credit or thanks to previous coach for getting her noticed as she was on fire under James, thats where she got noticed. Yup for those saying she's 18 and doesn't know better, she 18 so the people around her all the adults, mom, dad, Matt, Sammy, the entire HWPO camp someone could have steered her to say thank you publicly and make a better transition as an athlete to a coach we know will get her to the top. But who am i...performance out weighs character these days anyway.
Not sure why I watched this, I don't like either one of these athletes or Mat Fraser. I know the commentators have to try and build up suspense for viewers to watch the crossfit games, but common, do we really have to say it, of course Tia is going to beat both of these athletes and again win the crossfit games, she will be the 6x crossfit champion, just sayin.
@@charistalks Same. He was a serious competitor and loved the athlete in him, man was a beast and fun to watch on the competition floor. Not a fan of him in retirement, still curious to see how his camp grows and the athletes created from it. Time will tell if it's his coaching or just the hunger of the athlete that sets HWPO apart.
You can really see how proud Mat is and also how good he feels being a coach now. Love to see that!
