Remember guys the next episode of the YPC UK is going live at 6pm! Its my first appearance so go see how I got on! Here is the link for when it goes live! th-cam.com/video/xQZyt__DnsA/w-d-xo.html
Like many other's I watch fishing programmes where baits are taken out 200 yards in a small boat and dropped into heavily baited swims that have been pre selected on a tv screen. What an absolute joy to see you on your bike locating some superb swims either during or just after heavy rain fall. And bingo some fabulous footage of some beautiful catches. A very special upload that most anglers in a good old wet and windy UK can relate too. Do keep them coming mate as they make for some really good viewing. An outstanding upload today for sure.
“Hopefully it won’t be as boring as it sounds”. Are you mad Chris? Your videos are NEVER boring. And how can you fishing the river ever be boring? You’re bound to lose your net, fall in, get stung, rip your trousers, bust your camera …. and that’s on a good day!
Your enthusiasm is so infectious. I got a bit of an adrenaline rush watching you playing that Carp which made me want to grab my gear and go fishing even though it's 9pm!
Love watching these Europe based videos as an American living in the mountain state (West Virginia). I find the stream/canal venues there very cool, a completely different atmosphere to here. In West Virginia we don’t have canals, but rather small streams that run through “hollers” I also think it’s funny and interesting you all say “swims” and we say “holes” or “pockets” Great video and fish, cheers mate 👍🏻
It’s like this over here in New England, filled with canals and similar to Europe even in the species. In the canals We Have Pike, Perch, Carp, and Suckers and Shiners that greatly resemble Barbel and Rudd /roach/chub. I used to think our fishing was terrible but I’ve been enjoying it after watching these channels
@@GoodLifeShortss That’s very cool! Love the diversity of fishing America has to offer with all of our different climates and biomes. It’s either streams through hollers or remote high elevation streams here if you’re talking smaller water. Some of the streams near new river gorge are extremely gradient and rocky. Very fun to fish. Many streams hold wild brown and rainbow trout, with native Brook trout (usually) kept to their own separate streams to preserve them. The hatches, bugs, and Minnow populations in these streams here seem to be extremely high so the wild trout get quite big relatively speaking and are very pretty. I’m originally from Indiana, so West Virginia has been a complete 180.
There are a surprising number of carp on the middle Severn. They don't often get caught though because they are right under your feet, in the slacks, and everybody is lobbing out feeders into the middle.
Is it a blue Whale ? Put in in the Ocean, job done and pure laughter 🤣👍 Bream, Pike, Perch, Roach, e.c.t. Thank you the Ginger Fisherman and thumbs up 😊👍
Chris, do you reckon you could let me know where and when you're doing your next session, I've just broken my landing net and need to pick up a new one. 😂
Thoroughly enjoyed watching this post and I will be back home and most definitely have to add a look at some more of your videos so thanks for the great content
We have Huge Carp In the Ponds and River as well Chris. And like You We don't know where they have come from. But got moved around In the Floods. Cause ours In like a Giant Lake. when It floods. Keep 'Em Coming.
I've caught many large carp in the waters of Western PA between 1960 and 1990. It was a lot of fun without the potential for a meal. And with a lot less drama.
Hey Chris - fantastic adventure this one - "he's coming he''s coming he's coming - no he's going he's going he's going!" haha 🤣🤣 Also just watched episode 3 of YPC and you smashed it - was rooting for you for 1st - am I right in thinking you could have got points for those chub? All the best mate, thanks for the entertainment!
😊Enjoyed that, thanks so much. Hope flood damage in your area is improving. Also hope that your local river is not subject to any over zealous dredging schemes. 😅
Brilliant Chris, when I fished in fast water, I used small St St Berkley Swivels in case they rolled on light gear. Well done! Have you ever caught Catfish?
I love your videos Chris and especially enjoyed your recent collab with Snagged Bro. I think however you need to watch the Paul Whitehouse documentary about sewage outflows into rivers.
The sewage pipe is suppose to be letting out treated water but I bet like virtually every other river up and down the country the water company in charge is letting out raw sewage
I find england and france fishing videos very intriguing i live in australia and redfin, roach and carp are littered in our waterway and asked to be killed we also have tench but they are rare and not hated i caight my pb tench the other day on a three inch grub which is great didnt know they took lures i love redfin but they are very bad for the enviroment but great job
I have had some fantastic fishing around that sewage pipe in the past. My best in flood conditions a7 lb bream and a 2lb 15 oz roach .It use to be best chub swim om the river, trotting a chubbier with bread
Cool man that happened in my river a few years back several 6,7,8lb rainbow trout escaped during a flood from a fishery and ended up under the railway bridge and we were requested to catch em en sadly dispatch eem incase they took up permanent residency and the wild brown trout struggle enough so alls not fair in fish and floods.
Is the temperature of the outlet higher than the main river. On our local canal we have an area with an outlet the water is warmer and attracts carp in winter great video Chris, I stopped the video before the end to make my coment and 30 seconds later answered my own question cheers mate
Hi Chris - am surprised you are allowed to return Carp to the waterway, as they, as you say - will thrive and eventually ruin the waterway Carp out here in Australia are pest fish, and if caught you are not allowed to be returned them to the waterway. They also ruin the habitat for the other species of river fish !! Cya Doug
We get very big carp here in australia, but its illegal to put them back in the water, my local lakes are full of carp and english perch which we call redfin here

True
Yes keep up the good work chris
Catching carp like that from a fast flowing river is worth ten times as much as those caught while dozing in a bivvy behind bite alarms, great video.
Carp? They are a trash fish.
@@margf.6773well they aren’t really
Are you American?
Second that mate used to live fishing the rivers for carp in the uk
Your enthusiasm is so infectious. I got a bit of an adrenaline rush watching you playing that Carp which made me want to grab my gear and go fishing even though it's 9pm!
You can catch a carp without Korda gear and 10kilo of bollie?

There's stretch in Shrewsbury where there's good mirrors in under the Bank in Sundorne
@@ThomasDoubting5 I'm generally a bit downstream of that - between Bewdley and Bridgenorth.
Is it a blue Whale ?
Put in in the Ocean, job done and pure laughter 🤣👍
Bream, Pike, Perch, Roach, e.c.t. Thank you the Ginger Fisherman and thumbs up 😊👍
Always a good day when Chris uploads
Not if it's the same day your nan died.
Fair enough
Fantastic, beautiful fish. Your filming, editing, narration and presentation skills are broadcast quality 👍👍
Wow...that big long lean beast of a carp from the river Is way better than sitting for 3 days In a baited swim. Top work.
Chris, do you reckon you could let me know where and when you're doing your next session, I've just broken my landing net and need to pick up a new one. 😂
Hands down best angler on TH-cam. Cheers Chris
Thoroughly enjoyed watching this post and I will be back home and most definitely have to add a look at some more of your videos so thanks for the great content

Your thumbnails are about as genuine as you are.
You must be the most gifted angler ever.
Bro😑 he is the click bait king😑😑
Long live those river carp! I hope they will be a beautiful surprise to whoever next catches them
We have Huge Carp In the Ponds and River as well Chris. And like You We don't know where they have come from. But got moved around In the Floods. Cause ours In like a Giant Lake. when It floods. Keep 'Em Coming.
Yr videos are brilliant im a keen fisherman and cut my teeth on small rivers and streams so i really enjoye watching

Well that certainly wasn't a boring video, I really enjoyed it, nice carp🎣🐟
Not seen this video what great fish .thank you for sharing all these videos 📹
😊Enjoyed that, thanks so much. Hope flood damage in your area is improving. Also hope that your local river is not subject to any over zealous dredging schemes. 😅
Long lean river carp. Very rare mate. They fight hard due to living in the flow constantly. Mega!!
Brilliant Chris, when I fished in fast water, I used small St St Berkley Swivels in case they rolled on light gear. Well done! Have you ever caught Catfish?
Some lovely Carp Chris, great days fishing fishing
The Poo Pipe Provides!! Great session man!!
Excellent video again, agree River Carp, certainly fight better, I’ve had a double figure Carp on the river, I thought I had a sea monster.
Interesting catches all around! Another good vid mate, tight lines to ya!
Absolutely fantastic Chris 👍🎣as always tight lines 🎣
what a quality video, great watch!
Great m8 I was glued.good angling
What a brilliant session - well done
Well done Billy what a great video
great video again, always a great watch,👍
Long lean so probably a river carp, lovely little spot.
That first Mirror Carp was beautiful. They are pretty rare here in Kentucky. But we have plenty of Commons.
When i was a kid there was a Maltings that use to pump warm water into the local river and in the winter it was the best place to catch Carp.
Absolutely stunning fish, in beautiful condition!!👏👏👏
Brilliant. Just shows who knows what's out their.. ,cheers...
I love your videos Chris and especially enjoyed your recent collab with Snagged Bro. I think however you need to watch the Paul Whitehouse documentary about sewage outflows into rivers.
I fish all year on the Thames and struggle and you smash it in a short session
Great video
Lovely fish, did have the river carp body tho .
🥕🍌
Judging by the shape of the first Carp, I reckon it's been in the river for a while. The others had more of a river shape too.
Looks like fun.

Crackin video again... that was close with the bankstick😮
That is a stunning fish mate, congrats👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Those are some really great carp you caught.
Carp love fresh water, so any pipe with it running into the river is a magnet for them.
Some great river carp! Keep it up.
Great video again Chris 👍
Great video of the mystery Carps!
Very nice Chris.
Chris, don't buy a new pair of wellies, a bicycle inner tube patch should do the job nicely. Put the money you save towards you next landing net 😊
That wasnt commercial carp not with that mouth best fishing videos on internet thank u for the content day 1 supporter cheers fella
I’d be baiting that up. That warm water coming in will keep them there that’s for sure
Is that Derbyshire's angling club waters you are fishing
Cool man that happened in my river a few years back several 6,7,8lb rainbow trout escaped during a flood from a fishery and ended up under the railway bridge and we were requested to catch em en sadly dispatch eem incase they took up permanent residency and the wild brown trout struggle enough so alls not fair in fish and floods.
That perch was great, my favourite fish
Brilliant video keep it going 👏
Hello, if they are invasive for rivers, shouldn't they be released back in the fisheries? Just a thought
Great upload .... 👍
Pleeeaassseee go carp fishing there again! That'll be an amazing video mannn pleeeaaasseee
Is the temperature of the outlet higher than the main river. On our local canal we have an area with an outlet the water is warmer and attracts carp in winter great video
Chris, I stopped the video before the end to make my coment and 30 seconds later answered my own question cheers mate
Awesome carp mate well played 👏
Beautiful mate!!!
Another brilliant video!
That’s was quite funny you fish like my friend, he always says it’s a big fish but it’s really a bendy rod and loose clutch 😂
Another great wee vlog mate. Bit different from your usual style of river fshing.
Wow different carp culture you see a sewer outlet and never think carp here it’s the first thing I thought of when you got there
That must be a river fish, proper cricket bat common
FairPlay was enjoyable to watch
Gutted for you with that carp
On Holiday in Egypt at moment
Can't wait to get back an start piking
well done, great video
Red letter day 👍🏻
Good luck topping it 🤯😂
Be a mega one that in a few years! Top angling brother 👌🔥🔥

I used to regularly see a double figure carp in the Warwickshire Avon swimming around happily with two big barbel.
A anagram of carp is crap thats why they near the sewer pipe😂 great video Chris 🎉
They’re not called mud pigs for nothing.
We get very big carp here in australia, but its illegal to put them back in the water, my local lakes are full of carp and english perch which we call redfin here
Nice vid mate 👍
13:59, a beauty.... unfortunately it's upper lip seems already gone.
Love it Ginge, keep em coming n an eye on your rod👍💪

How did you manage to impale your boot
Nice, wild carp ,good job.
Hi TGF so cool that last fish congrats! What strength line were you using? :)
