To get the best prices you will have to walk around, one place will give you a price while someone else will give you a lower or higher price, but to get the best price you will have to haggle as they will always quote you a high price as they expect people to haggle to bring the price down. Never buy from the first person you see always scout the area as you can always go back to that person if they gave you the best price. You can always tell the next person that this person gave me this price can you do better or match it.
