The 220 is physically smaller than 700. Also the heat transport in 700 is different than 220. The details of these Reactors are available for public

It's individual capacity. It's D2O (Heavy water moderator) based Pressurized reactor based CANDU design of Canada modified heavily and scaled up (non small engineering feat) by Indian nuclear scientists. And the feul is Indian Design made by Dr Chinamoy Ganguly (never ever made by any other country)
