It is easy for me to say - don't worry too much. Preparing will indeed lessen worrying. Learn from those who were able to save their houses. You seem to have a good size house so that will present a challenge. Clear those trees and other plants away from the nearest outside wall. Do not use woodchips in garden. Spray fire retardant before fleeing might help too.

Is going to get worse. Take your family and valuables and get in your car and forget your apartment. Go to another state and get help. You are not going to make it, that's if you stay there.
