I need this reading right now. I'm a little oversocialized and overwhelmed, fighting off anxiety attacks and meltdowns while trying to maintain the younger/second matriarch of the household with my brother (disability, like a grown child in some ways) and my 2 kids. Every task I start, I get called away from and ma comes up and finishes it.
