Apam Nasi
Rice Apam recipe :
2 cups cooked rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 packet dry yeast
Grind this above ingredients
Take a bowl
Add 2 cups rice flour
2 cups plain flour
mix it well then add the batter
keep aside for 1 hour
ready to steam . Follow the video and steam it
