PCMB will be very exhausting for you as the syllabus is very vast. If you can change then I will really suggest you to take CS...Again its my opinion..you go for it if you think you can handle it. All the best👍

SIR, is *ICSE* or *Cbse* is Better For *Neet* Because CBSE mein *NCERT* hai Aur *Icse* Mein Nahi toh kya kre
All boards are better if you are ready do your best
neet exam is direcly depened on ncert specially for biology but if u r from icse than their syllabus is too vast h difficult u will be able to crack neet easily so do no worry both boars are equally helpful
