Buugeng DoJo ”tracing circle 14min " 武幻道場！
I made movement of tracing circle from of you.
separated for lower and upper positions, then combine for up and down.
do 1 min each of then and repeated 2 times.
This will develop your how to trace center circle skill!
Repeated a few times to get understand well.
1. lower forward
2. upper forward
3. up down forward
4. lower backward
5. upper backward
6. up down backward
7. lower forward
8. upper forward
9. up down backward
10. lower backward
11. upper backward
12. up down forward
正面でのトレイスの動きに集中したドリルを作りました。
下側と上側で分けて理解して、さらに前回りと後ろ回りも分けてみました。それぞれの動きができるようになれば、上下でのトレイスも容易にできるはずです。あとは繰り返して練習するのみです。継続していくと日々武幻との一体感を感じて精進してて行きましょう！
