Video includes proper modelling of Suspension Bridge in SAP2000. Main idea to model suspension bridge in SAP2000, that how loads transferred from Deck to Main Suspended Cable through Hanger Ropes then further proceed to foundation through tower.

Can you explain what the Maximum Vertical Sag is? Is it a lowest middle point that we need to physically see in reality?
When you insert a cable element in Sap2000 the load cases should be all non-linear case.
Sir ,how would we be able to know that the value we consider are fulfilling our design criteria , is there any check in this softwere ,like in STAAD Pro , Error showed if any mess gone...??

I am following each step but at the end after clicking run analysis the results are different. For the side span, the main cable does not carry any axial force while the deck does. And for the deformed shape, side spans are not deformed at all. Just the middile span and it is saging. Could tell me what is wrong please?

For that, Go to Draw --> Snap To ---> Perpendicular Projections
