Lindsey Lohan and Hillary Duff I can understand (had no idea they had even attempted comebacks though), but no one liked Ashlee Simpson even back in the day and I've never heard of any of the others, and 2 of them were even in tv shows I actually tried to watch. Didn't even recognize them.

As for starring in unsuccessful project, I can tell you from looking at scripts early on, that that a good script or role is no guarantee of the movie being good, or even promoted. Half of these stars are pretty young and have a strong appeal (Dianna Agron, Ashley Greene, Camille Belle) and have a great chance of landing good TV roles, perhaps even iconic ones. Nicole Scherzinger is a classically trained singer who is on TV all the time. She has recently been cast in Moana, though in a small role, and footage of her singing is pretty remarkable.

As for starring in unsuccessful project, I can tell you from looking at scripts early on, that that a good script or role is no guarantee of the movie being good, or even promoted. Half of these stars are pretty young and have a strong appeal (Dianna Agron, Ashley Greene, Camille Belle) and have a great chance of landing good TV roles, perhaps even iconic ones. Nicole Scherzinger is a classically trained singer who is on TV all the time. She has recently been cast in Moana, though in a small role, and footage of her singing is pretty remarkable.

Youth and attractiveness is what they had to offer and when they lost it their entertainment careers fell off a cliff. To be fair it's more about exposure than talent. There are many, many talented attractive actors. It takes VERY good luck to get a good role, even more to be famous.

She also dedicates a lot of time to travel, public speaking, charity, and spending time with friends and family. She's happy with where she's at, as most of these celebs probably are.
