Ingenious! I was using my cell phone, but I have a led maglite/ electrical tape and medican cup! So I'm gonna get right to it now, my Mrs will be so impressed, but ima tell her it was all my idea 🤣 sorry! Lol

Thanks Tom! I made one today. I got a rooster early in the year and he's been very "busy" playing "peek-a-boo" with my 5 hens. My gal was worried that she was going to crack a fertile one into the pan.
I took a Maglite holder clip and riveted it into a tall bush bean can to hold the lite. We can easily candle our eggs now. I took some double back Velcro strap and hot glued it to the medicine cup, after I covered it with black electrical tape. Now I can slid it over the flashlight, put it on the stand and check the eggs easy peasy.
Now if one of my hens gets broody, we'll have chicks. I don't want to go through the trouble of incubating them, but if nature wants to convene, I'd be good with that!

Between showing to flashlight and tape, what was between that and putting egg on flashlight. Would help if you showed all steps.
