Hello, i would like to buy an apartament in Barcelona or Valencia and to move to live there. I cant choose yet. I have one question. Because the summer in Spain will be very hot for me, i would like to rent my flat for the summer. Do you think this is posdible, since i understood it is hard to rent an apartament in Spain. You need a touristic licence. Or what? Can you give me an advise. I like the both cities, but this with summer rent would be a deal.
Absolutely possible! We can certainly help you with that. Please, reach out to us at admin@emergentinvestors.com or by filling out this contact form: emergentinvestors.com/contact/
Hi Oscar, I see bars on the windows of every house in Spain, no matter where it is, unless it's a brand new "square modern" house. Is this a style choice or is it necessary and mean that the modern house with the big beautiful windows will need to have bars put on them too, due to crime?
Hi Brian. It is not necessary to put bars on windows, that's your choice. I would say that is common to put bars on the ground floor when the windows are facing the street, both for privacy and security reasons, but I wouldn't say is due to crime, since you will see that even in small villages. I guess there is also a cultural aspect on it as well.
@@emergentinvestors thanks for the feedback. We have recently started our journey to decide on whether to retire in Spain or Portugal from Canada and are planning to visit in August or September to get a feel for the different areas in person.
Andulicia best area to buy please
Would love if you covered places best suited for younger people. Or would you say this same list still applies for a single 35 or younger person?
