cool place but you have to drive up Eastern Ave to get there and we all know how much of a headache that can be. Also, at 3:20 the light switch covers are askew. Not a big deal but on a place that's almost $5MM I would expect a higher attention to detail. Makes me wonder what else got overlooked in the remodel. Still, a great house with tons of room. Hard to find a lot like that in Vegas.
The view, the lot are sensational. I prefer the more traditional styles they had pulled on over the modern jungle we now have. I’d love to see a modern French Country If it exists here. Great video !
Byran, I always like to see the garage. If UI had the money I would be ringing your phone off your wall to see this home first. Love everything, especially knowing it has an elevator for us stair challenged.
Hey Bryan. Here are my thoughts. First and foremost the views are spectacular and gorgeous, especially the view from the kitchen window. The architecture and grounds are stunning. The tile work around the pool, amazing. For the interior I would have concealed the refrigerator and wine cooler behind cabinet fronts. Just personal preference, and would have elevated the simple sophistication a bit more. The pantry is high end because in a home like this it's about how it makes the owner feel in every space. So I get it. But for the asking price I would expect real materials, not skyomorphic. Speaking of materials I've never liked marble all over bathroom walls and floors. I think when people obtain a lot of money and build or remodel they think different materials in the same space and more of them all over looks expensive and elegant. I've never like that and is a bit ostentatious for me. But to each their own. Upstairs you mentioned the flooring is laminate real wood, but then you said it's luxury vinyl laminate. So, is it wood or vinyl? But again, I don't think it should be either for the listing price. Maybe travertine? That's an elevated material but still cost effective. I believe the smaller sink in that one bedroom could be a wet bar perhaps? Okay so about the listing price. I'm not sure if it's worth $5MM. It's the skyomorphic materials that's holding me back. You have to remember, whoever buys this house has money, and so they're probably going to have people over who also have money. And if someone comments how beautiful the marble is, you as the homeowner don't ever want to say, oh it's faux. I guess you could just agree and say thank you. Well, but not for $5MM. That's just my opinion. I would say the person who buys this property is going to fall in love with first the location and view, the exterior elevation, and grounds. Just my humble opinion! - Cheers!
Ben that was an awesome breakdown! Thanks so much for sharing. I see MUCH of your points! It actually went into escrow in 17 days but JUST fell out this am!
@@leboknows with the looming debt ceiling crisis many high price investors were skittish. Now that that may be resolved. Pretty sure it'll be back in escrow in less than 60 days. Especially if there's a 8% price reduction
Love the style and design of the house
Beautiful remodel very elegant a unicorn 🦄
The sink on the bedroom is a wet bar for coffee or tea.😊
Beautiful! But too many columns / pillar’s inside, which I have never been a fan of. Love, love, love the outside grounds.
Absolutely perfect 65 Mac Foundation Inc

27:16 the outside door has a window, with a view is straight to the toilet and shower?

Hahahaha.. Apparently not "stretchy" enough! ;)
Anthem hills country club keeps raising HOA fees even though they’re letting their community collapse
the fact that you are walking in here with your shoes on....disrespectful
I don’t like the gold with all the grey.
Fair criticism!
