I've never got too deep into this game, just basic planting and harvesting but I really want to get some more complex stuff done. And you're helping me do it. So, I appreciate you.
Man it just seems to me like the levees should be a little higher for the fields. I get that they designed the system around Asian rice paddies though. Seems like only a 4-6 inch buffer between the field and everything around it. Should be around a foot of water in the field and your levees ought to be double that. Maybe If the levees were a little wider to be driven on like here in Louisiana it would seem more proportional. Curious if someone will find a way to make a mod map that has multiple interconnected fields with have piping in the levees to regulate which cut(s) will be flooded.
might have missed it, and its not been entirely clear yet. can you plant all crops in a field that has been turned into a "rice" field. or when you turn it flood-able, does it become exclusively for rice?
To be clear, stones don't damage equipment at all. It increases the wear. It basically knocks off the paint at a faster rate, it has no affect on the mechanical status. So, it's going to make you have to paint more often/sooner, that's it. It only affects implements that touch the ground, not the tractor or trailers.
@@wranglersaurusrex6896 they work the same as in fs22 if you are desperate for a tutorial. It's pretty much place it down. Use a tank trailer to grab water from somewhere you can access the water, just drive it in and it should give the option to fill. Drive to the water trigger of the greenhouse and unload. Then activate it in the production menu or use the wrench icon in the greenhouse itself.
Great video farmer cop. I did exactly this but when i'm planting rice the game gives me the notification that i only can plant rice in a rice field. I had that on a field i created myself and i have the same thing with the existing fields on hutan pantai. Am i doing something wrong?
What is the buy point you are using for the fertilizer? I try using lime stations on my server, but they do not allow me to buy anything from them. Neither do the liquid/solid manure buy points.
So I assume it's worth getting into wet rice? So far I've just been doing contracts and canola. I'm wanting to try a new feature of the game that's worth doing and doesn't cost a ton to start.
@@chrisjones6002 I've only done the normal rice in the paddies, saplings are made in a greenhouse, costs water and very little working cost. only annoying thing is the small machines and flooding every rice paddy first 3 growing days
@@chrisjones6002 only in the first hour of playing, sometimes they got stuck on something that wasn't there while doing headlands, but not anymore. On Hutan Pantai you start with all the shit for rice, i also have a small canning factory for further rice processing

Depends on how fast giants tests the mods after they have been uploaded for approval. I made a multi fruit buying station mod myself, pretty straight forward to do.
how does one delete a feild. Iv started a game with a feild i want to delete so i can sell. The fields down the bottom of the map you showed At start ln clip
Always, except if you have plowed the field, for regular fields when you're planting non-rice crops with a seeder or planter that says that it can plant directly with no prior cultivating required you don't need to use a cultivator.
great tutorial. although it does seem as though you are trying to speak as fast as possible to get through your video. Comes off as though you dont really care about what you're talking about. Like maybe you're bored of FS. Understandable given the years you've put in. I would say if this game doesn't do it for you anymore maybe move on. The last thing you want is quality getting so bad you lose your base. If you are bored, so are we.
***CORRECTION*** Rice only requires 1 fertilizer state, if you put 2 down you will not have to fertilize for your next rice crop.
