I believe there is a problem with their A.I. with submissions of new accounts, like a coding issue, because when asking to submit information for your billing; it does not submit. So this error is what causes the fraudulent accusation. So unless Microsoft gets this together, it is a waste of time.
What are they doing? Perm suspension before the ad went live and we are clueless. We are just a mom and pop shop and we have ads on everything thing else. They could just take the time to tell us what the issue is.
Another excellent video, Ivan! Thanks for continuing this series! I see a lot of people creating ads in ways that go against obvious TOS and what this guy is recommending NOT to do. For example, using Brand Bidding keywords (when available), using “Official Site” in the Ad text, using buttons on the LP that link directly from the to the affiliate page. Does this mean they are getting away with it and just havent been caught yet? Would it be safer to NOT do any of these things, and rather play it safe - but earn less money? Is it possible to earn money playing it safe, while competing with those that are somehow able to skirt around the rules?

Well, frankly, Microsoft is less strict than Google when it comes to this, so as of right now, as far as I know with Microsoft its much easier to have a simple landing page that redirects straight to offer. But in general yes, LOTS of people are breaking the rules and getting by. Sadly you have to compete with them. Its possible to still make money, but they have it way easier and pay way less. I do have some case studies coming up of profitable successful campaigns making great ROI, so stay tuned for those and see how they navigate this "grey area" with their pages. And again, Microsoft is safer when it comes to this than Google

Absolutely right! I advertised for two years. Then I decided to try some new ads. I couldn't get them setup correctly so I decided to not run them and was attempting to delete it when they banned my account. I have gone through multiple appeals explaining and they still refuse to unsuspend my account. I have not a single way to login to "fix" anything and multiple appeals have not worked. Noone will explain or talk to you. I'm done with them for now till they fix their customer service. Even Google was more friendly when it happened there and it was difficult.
I got the same here, tried to add a credit card first a virtual and right after an error tried a physical and the same error returned, after that I started with bank slip and after a few days using it and adding funds I got suspended and even explaining all this scenario they maintained the suspension and I got my money stuck
MS ads doesn't allow me to open an account, and after asking they say they don't accept payment methods with 2d security. But same Cards are okay with google ads.
I don't have the resources to use different credit card for a different address and different phone number to give. Tried all types of ways to get my account back and no go. Microsoft blows donkey balls.

I undrestend everything but those buys charge 3.5kUSD for appeal that can be maked in couple of hours well I undrestend that time is expensive in US but still charging 3,5 k for appeal is way too much .. and if they fail they give you back 2k

They suspended my account, according to them " forever without any chance of recourse" and I hadn't ever used it and they suspended as I was opening it.... I've tried twice and no luck...
They did the same to me. I even called them and they said nothing can be done. I hadn't even finished creating my add account. How can they be so cruel
@@jamesosei6888 sorry to hear that, its efing disgusting, the whole approach to opening an account was absurd, I seem to remember having to create an ad before opening the account, I even got on the chat for help, but even with her help I was rejected.... I was left wondering what I had done wrong, because of course with the "this decision is final" there is no explanation as to why. I got on to some people that were going to take legal action but have no hope, they are up against bottomless pockets.... I think Ivan has a video on ways to appeal the decision..
@affiliateme7414 yes its so unfortunate I didn't even finish setting my account and they banned me. I appealed it, and it was rejected and no reasons given. I even called and spoke to someone on the phone and still no luck. I will try and set up an account with Google Ad and see how it goes.
I used anti detect browser, new ip from mobile data, new debit card from different bank and my name was written a bit different. The adress didn't change but written it in my language like it is in my bank account. Immediately got suspended after putting payment information I've tried creating new account from more than year nothing worked

I just got banned after spending 10 hours studying bing ads and 3-4 hours implementing them. Hoping I can get back in next month when I try again.

Follow the policy and visible dont use fake name especially your payment method, i use bing ads for long time so far so good,

Same. Google and Fb are bad enough but Microsoft beats them all
Normal. They will suspend new accounts randomly. You need to appeal, the only solution.
