首先，要澄清一下，安眠藥已經改良很久了，吃很多只是睡很久而已，不會死亡的，當然，睡太久引發的後遺症導致死亡是有可能的，但是機率很低~~
我也是憂鬱症患者，也會常常想死，但是知道死了後會死不如生(我是陰陽眼知道當鬼是怎麼回事)，又不想醒著，就常常會吃安眠藥假死，睡個幾天後醒來，心情好點，就繼續活著，所以，如果真的有睡眠障礙，也不用把安眠藥當洪水猛獸，睡好了，心情會更好.......
