I'm new here.... And I'm really glad for this channel... This is the first time I tried cooking chicken by myself... And all I can say is... I am a happy man😂😂.... Ibwega Muthoni🔥✊🏻
I like your kienyenji chicken recipe, my only concern is. Don't store your tomato paste in its original can in the fridge. Store it in a small glass container or plastic. Safe for your health 🙏🏾.
Yes, this is true. The open metal can begins to quickly rust inside when it’s opened to the air. The rust then seeps into whatever is in the can. Just in case anyone was wondering why. The recipe looks really good. I will try.
Wow!! This looks so good!! 😊 I have to try to make this one day! Thank you for teaching the world how to make this amazing dish! Keep up the great work!! 😇🙏
@@sparklyturtle00 i tried and it was soft soft soft 1. Knife chicken and remove feathers. 2. Remove inner parts and separate heart and liver (remove green stuff) and place aside. Discard the rest. 3. Wash chicken 3 times starting with meaty parts then bony parts 4. Roast chicken on charcoal fire. 5. Cut chicken into pieces and repeat step 3. Place in cooking pot. 6. Crash 2 bulbs garlic and mix into the chicken pieces. 7. Place cooking pot on fire (do not add water) and simmer. (Water will come out of the chicken and it will boil till it completely drains and you will see oil at the bottom of the pot. Shallow fry the chicken its oil then remove the pieces.) 8. Add onions and fry chicken stew as usual

How about if you boil chicken without adding water. Does this make the chicken soft?
What is the meaning of boiling?
@@otivohbasanga9036 I was told that chicken retains water during washing. It should boil in its water!!! Was wondering how that works
Hheeeee madam explain further
@@sparklyturtle00 i tried and it was soft soft soft
