I have just come out my PM exam and honestly I cannot thank you enough. Your strategy really helped. I however didn’t prep for linear programming which popped up in Sec C. Thank you Once again
I have been studying for this chapter for the last few hours and didn`t understand the concept properly but I only spend 26 minutes in this video I master the chapter.
Thanks Steve, very helpful. When I first looked at linear programming and the simultaneous equations I was horrified, but now after a few hours of practice I am very comfortable answering these questions. I'm praying I have a section C question like this in my December exam!
Hats off to you Steve a very important and insightful topic explained in a very simple & lucid manner giving more confidence to tackle LP & shadow pricing problems. Good job & look forward to see more videos on Standard Costing & variance analysis. 👋
Hello sir. Do we need to right-click the column separator to auto-enlarge when we type in our sentences for explanation ? Will the examiner be able to read my discussion answer if I do not auto-enlarge the column that I type in my sentences ?
Sir could you please make a video on how to score marks for Section C performance measurement questions where we have to analyse the performance of a business and make certain calculations ?
Take a fixed contribition, say $1000. How many X's give 1000? find that point on the X axis. How many Ys? Find that point on the Y axis. The line connecting that is the iso-contr. line.
Hi that comes from algebra. We need to subtract one equation from the other. The first one has 5l the second 2l. We multiply the second by 2.5 so the equation also has 5l. Now we can subtract the second from the first, and have 0l, and can isolate the first variable.
Nope did not get this one Steve. I understand the graph and the contribution, thats nicely explained. Its the Simultaneous Equation that lost me... Thanks anyhow

Fingers crossed
Thank you Mr. Steve. you are among the best to teach this ACCA subject.

You are welcome:)
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your video really helps. 🙌
Excellent! Good luck next week :)

Glad it helped, and hopefully you get one of these!
Thank you very much sir! These exam techniques have helped me get the accurate answer real quick. You're the best!
😄
Glad they helped :)
Well explained. Thank you.
I am actually preparing for my PM paper.
Good luck!

Hi there! Glad it helped :)
Shadow Price makes a lot more sense now! Thank you :)
Happy to help!
U r great teacher ...Steve keep it up 🥰😍😇
The best videos I have ever came across! Will you do videos for any other of the ACCA exams?
Thanks! Right now I'm sticking to PM, APM, and MA, I don't have the capacity for more.
This was such a perfect explanation!
Glad it helped!

The markers will read your answers, even if they have to adjust the column width.
@@SteveWillisACCA Thank you so much sir. Find your videos helpful. Hope you can do more videos on explaining/discussing questions.

THANK YOU STEVEE . I found it very helpful 😊😊
Glad it was helpful!
Amazing thanks
ill miss u when i move onto other exams
I'll see you on APM!
Hello Steve.
Please remind me how to find the iso contribution line
Take a fixed contribition, say $1000. How many X's give 1000? find that point on the X axis. How many Ys? Find that point on the Y axis. The line connecting that is the iso-contr. line.
@@SteveWillisACCA thank you so much.
how do we know which is the scarce resource to add an extra unit to?
you have to test each resource -- how much do we have vs. how much do we need. You need to multiply demand * resource use per unit.
Sir I want to take ur classes for September exams for APM. Are they available?
Hi I am creating an online course will keep you posted
@@SteveWillisACCA yes sir plz connect on LinkedIn
@@SteveWillisACCA when u r starting the batch sir?
Sir when I write on spreadsheet it wrap in cell what’s the solution for it
In the practice platform the text is wrapping? Or are you in Excel?
Trying to figure put why you multiply by 2.5

Sorry about that! Here it is now.

Sorry about that--maybe I will redo this one on notebook paper and show the algebra part more slowly.
