Five years ago , I lost my mom after she battled cancer and went through 2 surgeries, 2 blood transfusions and chemo, this pass July , my dad passed suddenly at home alone and was found by my sister in the morning, in October my husband lost his job and he’s worked his entire life, struggling but my faith in God has brought me strength and courage . It has literally been one terrible thing after another. Our faith in God is what makes us keep going and somehow during these trying times , God has managed to provide. ❤️🙏🏻
Prayed for you and husband and will continue doing so.

When God told Moses to take the children of Israel out of Egypt they found themselves in the wilderness. I had read this several times but I read it recently. And it hit me!!!! He wanted them to rely on Him. I am in the wilderness now. But what I realize is that, I'm right where God wants me. CLOSE TO HIM!!!!!!! YOUR WORTHY.

I was going through some trials and tests god been keeping me through the midst of the storm I’m facing a eviction I was behind on my rent for 2 months my car need to be fixed I barely have food to eat but god been keeping me through it all i have faith in him the storm is almost over now waiting in the waiting room been patient through it all I continue to pray read my Bible and give him praise through it all

7 weeks ago I was in a traumatic car accident not of my fault. My femur was broken in several places requiring a 5 hours surgery. My neck was broken in 3 places. The pain and nerve damage in my leg is debilitating. I went from running 10k and 50 squats a day, working towards becoming a personal trainer to not being able to walk at all or even sleep without pain. I’m terrified and have lost all courage, trust, and faith.

My pain taught me so much patience. 💔 the tears and the sorrow are still there somedays, but yes, walking by faith is not easy. But it does get easier.
Just watched this while at work. At 2:06 when it says be the student and not the victim it reeeally spoke to me-so convicting yet soo freeing!! I’m going through a toxic abusive family situation that I have been going through since high school (I am now 24), and lately I have been asking God, “Why is this still going on? Did I do something wrong?” For a while I was angry and upset with Him, wondering why this was happening, but this video showed me that I need to learn to trust and to know that He is growing me!

I interviewed for a higher position at my job and it was given to someone else less qualified. It's happened a few times. This really crushed me because they asked me if I wanted to interview and then in the end they ran down a list of reasons why they did not give me the job. They have nit picked at me and required more of me than anyone else in the position. They are younger in their late 20's. I'm 42 and have way more experience than my current leaders. I feel like I intimidate them with my knowledge and they use tactics to try and make me feel small. But I'm moving forward looking for other opportunities and a big door will open. What I will say to any young person is this, you will get older. The way you treat people is so important because one day you will not want to feel the pain of age discrimination. Sadly this goes on at 40 plus. It's not right, but I will be ok. :)
