Can somebody please explain the Olive oil one at 0:44 ? I don't understand the Doctor Who one either, but I haven't watched it in decades. And that woman with the song lyrics on her back, how sad. Was she 12 when she got it done, or did a 12 year old do the tatt ?

It's about the high cost of olive oil. An ISA is a savings account. The Dr Who one is referring to HS2 which is an ongoing high-speed rail link that was first proposed several years ago. It has gone waaay over budget, has not been completed and has become quite controversial.
