Sorry in advance for choosing this video to ask this question... I just wonder why most asian asmr community chooses not show their face in their videos? Its because social pressure? Shyness? However, these two factors could be equally applied to an european or american person, for example there are even kids doing asmr that show their faces and that can be pottentially more dangerous for them by exposing on the internet, but they still do it. But for some reason I cannot comprehend asian ppl tend to be more reticent to show the face. Anyone have a answer other than "its their choice"?
I can't answer for this artist specifically but it usually has to do with 2 major things: anonymity & prep. Anonymity is obvious but being camera ready as a woman can add hours to getting prepared to make a video as well as the added pressure of being on camera (facial expressions, etc)
Depends look at Thuong Thuong and her different channels. Most show face when being filmed
I think is a matter of culture.
Asian women are way more reserved and private than westerns.
Or they just don't wanna show their face- you don't gotta get deep into it
It’s not a human head so I really wouldn’t want to see the face.
