CPU Bottlenecking is not preferable as it often causes stuttering/lags. You would rather be limited by GPU than CPU

True, cpu bottleneck cause huge frame drops and very unstable frametime,
also it causes sound cracking.
But the worst of them all is budget bottlenecking ruins the whole experience

cpu is too strong for the gpu but u can use if u want to upgrade gpu in a year .

I built a better Perfromance build in 93K with a Reliable Branded PSU.
He had the option between Rx 5600 xt and 1660 still he chooses the 1660 wow

3rd gen ke motherboard per 4th gen ka koyi bhi processor nahi lag sakta... And psu ap koyi bhi use karo... Uska effect generation se koyi lena dena nahi hota

Is your purpose gaming only
I have a Ryzen 5600 with RX 6600, very good for 1080p gaming BUT it's not good for high level editing. If you're serious about video editing you need to spend more money. If you just want to do simple projects in 1080p, then that's fine
R5 3600 with rx 6600 or rtx 2060 is better option
you should use r5 2600 or 3600 with rx6600 with 0 botttleneck and its a strong cpu.
