    I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels higher than most 20s guys

    Cristian, the value in this video is amazing and is by far the best testosterone video on youtube. Thank you for this upload I took away a lot of knowledge from this video.

    I started working on this three years ago, after I had 623 on my blood test. I remain natural, and made lifestyle changes, and a few months ago. My test results came back at 803. I’m 47 years old and would love to crack 900 next year, but I don’t know.
    Either way I feel incredible and am loving life.

      @@cristianmanuelllll everything you covered in the video really. But my discipline has gotten progressively stricter. At first, I started cutting out processed foods, limiting sugar, but now, three years on, I will not eat anything out of a package, I only eat meat, vegetables and fruit, good oils, and prioritize protein. I won’t eat at restaurants unless I know the oils are good. I sunbathe naked regularly, lift consistently, meditate daily (try to). I’m a pagan, and have an altar set up in my backyard where I burn incense and pray to Greco Roman Vedic gods, and actively believe that we live in a dark age where the world is controlled by sinister forces. So my life is lived in rebellion of that, and in the pursuit of absolute masculinity, so that I can be a good father/husband/force in this world that is so obviously misled.
      I see your channel is new and it was recommended to me, so hopefully I’m a good indicator of your demographic, which are men choosing to live better lives.
      Appreciate your work.
      Oh, recently zinc and magnesium. I have backyard, free range chickens, and consume 6 to 10 eggs a day, and sort of trust that as my vitamin source, in addition to the food of course

Maybe in some rare instances but testosterone has diminishing returns once it goes past a certain point. There are other hormones that also play a part including things like androgen receptor function. I still think this guy is mistaken. I’ll believe it when I actually see his hormone panel.

    Well made video my friend. Have you considered the burden trying this complete protocol might have on the kidneys and liver? I am at 600 to 650 ng/dl T yet I have low libido and loss of sensitivity. I am 24 years old currently taking finasteride and vitamin D 5000Iu as well as black seed oil to combat inflammation and reduce brain fog. I am interested in potentially experimenting with some or all of these supplements.

    • @cristianmanuelllll
      @cristianmanuelllll  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you are worried about taking all the plants together maybe you can take a few at the time. Also by taking finasteride you inhibit 5a reductase therefore inhibiting the production of dht, an important androgen for libido. I suggest you limiting or stopping finasteride and instead consume something that could improve dht so that you possibly restore libido. Total testosterone is fine. I suggest you to test free testosterone as well. Also you can take boron and you will see that you free testosterone will increase in case your free testosterone is low but i think that dht is low probably because of the use of finasteride.

    • @metallicbobby4984

      @@cristianmanuelllll 98 percent of people take finasteride with no sexual side effects. If you are interested in learning more about it you can watch the youtube channel hair cafe and he explains why DHT is not completely necessary after puberty. I do
      understand what you are saying though but if i stop than i will lose my hair. I personally know about 5 men who use finasteride who have high libido still. Thank you for feed back my friend

    You don't even explain the mechanism for shbg and low carb diet. Lmao, you generalize way too much and are obviously parroting other content. You contradict yourself in the video as you lack the in depth knowledge of these subjects.

      @@satz4337 He isn't giving credit to the other channels. His advice in the video is half correct like quality sleeping and getting sunlight in the morning. But specifically, he is wrong about diet. SHBG is influenced by many different factors. You can have high SHBG on keto or low SHBG on keto depending what foods you are eating while on this keto diet. Generalizing keto is all wrong. His focus on supplementation is typical of gear users or the medical industry. Supplements are what they are supplements. Their use of raising T levels is not as important as sleep, exercise and diet. I wrote this reply to encourage others to study more, knowledge should not be given. Too many fake nattys out there who don't deserve high T levels.
