This was sad. This mother that showed up definitely took her time coming to get the girl. I don't think she looked very hard because you took this child to authorities when you first found her so they knew you had her. I feel bad for the little girl. The other child with that mother was ill behaved so that is probably why this childwas a bully. You have really made a difference in that little girl's life, especially her behavior. I am sure the small baby girl will miss having her there to play with, even if she was bad sometimes. So sad, but I know she should be with her real family.
