Wasteland - Arcane Cover

I genuinely kinda hate this cover and didnt wanna upload this but I need someone to tell me how to make my head voice blend better with my chest voice??? I can't even describe it to google it lol. But you can clearly hear that I sound like two different people when I jump the octave :(
