Let the water flow. That job went quicker than i guessed but having the right equipment and how to knowledge really helps. 2 years ago i put a drain line for moms barn dr so the barn dont flood. Borrowed neighbors kubota with 3pt backhoe made it a lot easier than last yr mom had a good size concrete driveway pad put in and we talked. I put in a 4 inch green pvc line under the driveway and capped it. After concrete was done it rained hard and even with very sandy soil mom had a lake. I dug the ends up and ran appropriate line to t into barn drain line. Mom wasnt sure needed under driveway drain line for sure but got the decision made better to have the line under driveway and just finish vs be like why didnt we put it in plus the old drain was surface to surface that ran a hose through so i also convinced mom of a underground waterline that hooks to faucet outside to water garden. The water line i dug by hand through 20 year old gravel driveway. The drain line i borrowed tractor again ( much easier) moms real pleased with results i installed a fence for driveway while mom was on vacay in AK and concrete i relayed for mom while working or out of town

How do you like the undercarriage on that skid loader? I have a CAT 259D with the CTL undercarriage and it can be kinda rough on hardpack. I was scared of the high maintenance cost associated with the MTL undercarriage

Do you ever use HDPE (ADS brand) culverts? Wont rust. Only downside I suppose is you can’t use a jack go fix an opening if it gets crushed...but if the pipe is long enough no one should be driving over the edge.
