Very good comparison. In general I am interested in performance on this topic. Which topics need a lot of performance and which ones save performance?

Any benefit to using one or the other as far as performance/load time?

One benefit that I encountered with Treatas instead of UseRelationship was in the Data Model View.
Once you start to build more complex models the "In active Relationship" can be a problem due the multiple connections with several queries.
As a rule a thumbs up, "Always keep you Data Model Simple".

So TREATAS also works when there are relationships, by the looks of it.

At the end which one is better in performance?

      Hello Mohammad,
Thank you for posting your query onto our channel.
Well, this video was created to highlight how you can create virtual relationships using "TREATAS" function whereas in case you've multiple in-active relationships then how you can use the "USERELATIONSHIP" function. This two functions just helps to create relationships and are mostly same in terms of performance.
Also if you want to learn more about the performance optimization we also have a course available onto our education portal which covers in-depth learning pertaining to the optimizations. We're providing a link from our TH-cam channel where one of our expert who created this course provides a glimpse of it as well as providing a link of the entire course from our education portal as well.
We're also providing few of the links of the articles from our blog posts as well as links of the videos from our Enterprise DNA TH-cam channel pertaining to this topic.
For furthermore queries, you can also reach out to us onto our Community Forum where our members as well as experts team will be able to assist you in a better and efficient manner. Below is the link of the forum provided for the reference as well.
Hoping you find this useful and meets your requirements that you've been looking for. Also, make sure that you're subscribed to our TH-cam channel so that you don't miss out on any updates pertaining to the Power BI.
      Cheers,
