    We would love to see more from the high school training. Daughter just finished her freshman year caught every inning of every varsity game. Two of the pitchers are D1 committed. Just started summer travel last weekend. Been doing your 32 program 3 days a week

    I wish i had this when i was younger. Im 26 and im in very good shape but im only just learning how to be more fit for my upcoming first season of softball(its a beer league so i dont need to be excellent but i refuse to not be my best)

    Great videos - thanks for all the content you put out. My son is an 8th grader, so these high school focused videos are great.

      you always want to have a 5 or 6 pack set of different resistance. look up undersun, Clench or Tomshoo bands
