How to spot fake Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male perfume
The perfume tin box is almost identical, the differences are on the bottom of the box, the QR code does not exist on the fake one, as well as the serial number of the perfume.
The stripes on the glass of the fake perfume are not well defined, they are erased and uneven, compared to the original glass of Le Male perfume which is clean and arranged.
The fake ring on the push button is blacker than the original ring which is light in color.
the information on the bottom of the bottle, the place of manufacture as well as the serial number, must be engraved, not glued in the case of fake glass. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
Just to note. Weight cannot be considered in this example, because the bottom of the can, the flacon holder is based on the design that was used until 2016 under B.P.I (Beaute Prestige International), in 2016 under Antonio PUIG the base was changed to a red carpented podium.
In this case the fake can only be spotted by the poor, false and missing detailing at the bottom of the underside of the can and the poor stripping of the flacon itself, but also the short spray cap for example.
the fakes are of several types .... when you buy it you don't see what is inside, because it is sealed .... yes as a newer fake will appear, I will be the first with the video .....
@@FakeCip Yeah that is true, I just wanted to point out that there are still legit sealed cans dating back to 1995 in the world around so I just wanted to highlight that people won't be scared away when they buy an older or discountinued Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance it having the original transparent interior holding and such, mistakenly thinking it is a fake when it isn't.
I'm looking forward, there are of course dozens of fakes around and the best way to stay away from those is to avoid eBay (eventually Amazon) if the buyer isn't expierenced about the details. Especially avoid buying from unknown online shops and too low discounts. Buying from authorized retailers and online shops is the safest way.
Maybe you should consider adding popup description notes when you show the differences (and false details of the fake conpared to the real) in the video so people won't be confused.
Belk sold me a fake 6.8 Sauvage edt ...smells like orange soda on me .then they tried to come up with an excuse like i dont know what it suppose to smell like on me or something

The bottom of my can looks like the fake one but it weighs correct and where the can meets together is like the real one.. it also has the plastic stand

Creo que es falso, tiene batch code pero tiene 2 diferentes en uno de la caja dice que se hizo en junio del 2023 y en la botella dice que se hizo en junio de 2007, pero no se si es falso o es otra versión y ya cheque y ambos están grabados pero me puedes ayudar con eso?
LA base del perfume fake el transparente me lo vendieron con esa en una tienda autorizada de Jean Paul Gaultier, necesariamente tiene que ser la roja alfombrada?
depende del modelo ... si es el mismo modelo ... pero tiene que estar basado en rojo.
One question I have is this. The packaging of mine is the same, but the cap is the larger cap. Mine also has the plastic on the bottom of the can and I think it may be fake, but when I put the batch code into a website, it says that my bottle was produced in June 2007. Is this real or fake?
you can't tell by the box only if you weigh it.... but the safety element is the bottom of the bottle.... the serial number together with the text must be engraved.... take something sharp and scratch it... if it is erased it is with paint and it is fake... if it remains it is engraved and it is original.

Are all fakes this bad ? ... I'm seeing some on line which look OK but the white stripes are not quite as crisp as the real one in the video
the bottom of the bottle must have the engraved serial number... not with paint... take the sharp one and it's gone... if it goes away it's fake... if it stays it's engraved and it's original

the fake perfume does not persist even for 20 minutes .... but this is how it is on clothes, it persists for up to 1 hour ...

The bottle is definitely fake but the can looks like an original. I own 7 vintage bottles so I can visually compare them. No batchcode printed on the bottom, probably one of the last batches made in France by BPI. Still very close to the early batches. The other one is the reformulated le male which still smells amazing.

My JPG has a can similar to the left perfume as well as the numbers and codes and the bottle and sprayer are like the one on the right, with the inscription under the bottle again matching the left perfume. What is stamped under the right perfume has nothing to do with the brain, if it is a new batch... My perfume is 100% original and bought in Zurich 15 years ago.
I just got a new bottle from a legit seller and the bottle itself doesn't weigh anything close to 312g. More like 250g.
Manufacture date is around Q2 2023.

No batch code makes it very easy to tell its a fake, doesn't matter how good it may look all big "western" designer brands have a matching batch code on the box and bottle or else its 100% a fake.

Why are you comparing a BPI and PUIG packaging? Different distributers after PUIG took over so the package comparison is misleading. The left however IS a fake- immediate give away was how short the spray nozzle is and how sloppy the stripes are. Also underneath the plastic neck ALL authentic have a GOLD ring! - At least when BPI distributed them. Puig could care less to own any or confirm they had the gold ring.

il numero di serie sul fondo della bottiglia deve essere inciso non con vernice... prendi qualcosa di appuntito e graffia... se la vernice si stacca è finta... se è inciso rimane ed è originale

Para comparar algo original de una copia, deberían ser ambos de l misma versión. Aca vemos la versión antigua (en este caso es fake) contra la nueva versión.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the weights. My bottle is legit (has the batch numbers, correct nozzle size, red base, can interior etc.) but the weights were a bit off from those in the video.
