The normal tailgate also has the gap. Got my 2020 w/ the normal tailgate and was wondering about the gap but makes sense now that its for the multi function
Is there a reason you went from the revel links, daystar spacers and Mopar OEM control arms (from the 2" lift kit) to the BDS 4" lift kit? I'm looking to run 35s on my 2024 Limited 4x4 with air suspension, but it doesn't have the off-road package, so just wondering if the Revel links package is enough (front links, daystar spacers) or do I need to purchase their package that has the upgraded control arms? Running factory 22x9" wheels.
Best looking truck on the market. Wheels are a bit too flashy, other than that, great stance, chrome bumpers definitely set it off. Let us know how the gearing turns out. Did you say you’re installing the Detroit Eaton truetrac?
Hlo sir ur truck locking nice ... I got the 2020 ram 1500 limited with air suspension how i putt 24 x 14 wheel and they don’t any effects on my suspension
Have a 2020 ram 1500 with 22” wheels. Looking at putting a leveling kit on it. What’s the best tire to put on it without rubbing. Thought about 285/55/22 or the 285/50/22. Thanks
So I did the level links and 2.5 inch day star spacer, once you’ve bend those metal tabs back like he showed in the video mine doesn’t even rub in entry exit mode turning.
I could be wrongI thought the off-road package had a spacer for the front suspension of 1 inch. . Installed from factory? If I’m wrong what gives it 1 inch increase on the off road pkg. Question can you add the off road package to a truck that does not have it?.
On air suspension trucks I think it’s just programming and maybe upper control arms. That is why off road trucks don’t have off road2 settings and will only be built with 20’s. Makes ride a little stiffer but the 20s allow more sidewall for better ride. I could be wrong but I think it’s the only difference on air suspension trucks
No spacers. The extra lift (on non-air suspension anyways) is just from different springs. So I suppose you could order new springs all around to get 1".
Rocky Rohde same here. But with 395 gears and the 5.7 keeping the cruise control at 70 mph I got 20 miles to the gallon with Wildpeak AT3’s tires. They were super super quiet great fuel mileage, sacrificed a tiny bit of ride quality
Exactly what I was wondering they look like a -12 -18 to me based on I have +1 and mine do not stick out that far. His does make the truck look better that way though and makes the tires look bigger than mine. Could be a negative if you live where they use gravel on the road in the winters.
I have a 2019 Ram Limited with the weather tech mud flaps. Can I run any type of 35s without rubbing or having to installing links? I have the stock 22 inch rims
I know that I had to take my weather tech mudflaps off, bend that metal tab he’s talking about out-of-the-way and then cut part of the mudflaps out in that same area, because it was rubbing even with the 2.5 spacer and level links
Also the first set of tires I had were 295/60/35 and they did not rub with the level links. 295/65/20 did rub though. I tried a different couple combinations since I work at a tire dealer. This was all with +1 Offset wheels 9 inches wide
@@RockyRohde I’m surprised you’d lose that much. The larger tires bring you closer to the 3.21 gear ratio (3.59ish) so your mileage must be worse due to the weight of the new tires and wheels
@@RockyRohde wish this was still true lol.. now the trucks are $75 msrp and they won’t even honor the PP pricing or employee pricing plans. Shits terrible. Lol
This video shows 35’s on stock.. go to my channel and find the video that says ram 1500 leveled… Not sure why you thought you would see lift when title says stock suspension…
The normal tailgate also has the gap. Got my 2020 w/ the normal tailgate and was wondering about the gap but makes sense now that its for the multi function
Would be great to show a quick video of how you took off the inner mud flap and tied it back ?
Amazing truck. Love the new Ram. That tailgate is just so nice!!! Would save my back all the time.
Great work I hope you do the bds suspension and the 33 gallon tank install.
I am planning to
No Carli suspension?
Looks good brother, I'm looking to do the same thing. Hoping I can get a little negative backspacing in there.
Nice!!! I just picked up a 2021 rebel fully loaded. I plan in throwin some 35’s on. Thanks for the video!
3:92's rock with Ecodiesel. My 2017 has them, so much better towing than last hemi with 3:21's.That's a sweet truck!
yeah, the 3.21s are for mileage, which the majority of buyer won't be towing much if any.

Looks good. I was worried about slapping on my 295/60R/20 on my 2021 ram 1500 limited. i was worried it wouldnt fit.

3.92 is great with 35” tires 1950rpm at 75 mph. Not installing anything additional to axles. They just have factory locker
Can you fit the 35 inch tire where the spare goes? Love the series. Have been wanting one of these for awhile.
Does using the programmer to change MPH setting void the warranty in any way?
I leveled my ram with 35s with no rub but my friend has the same truck with the same level and he can only fit 33s before it rubs

What package did you get here to get all the Chrome love all the chrome ant seen it before on the windows that’s great to

Hi, any comments on the noise?
Any rubbing/issues at any of the ride heights?
Just curious, do the tires run when in "entry" mode? Great vid by the way
I will check tomorrow... I’m sure they will at full turn
So I did the level links and 2.5 inch day star spacer, once you’ve bend those metal tabs back like he showed in the video mine doesn’t even rub in entry exit mode turning.
We should swap shooing locations. LoL all I find is chrome bumpers here in Texas.

2 mpg

Fuel assault 22x10’s. -13

Not sure with mud flaps. Might be able to clear a 295 that’s 11" wide. The factory wheels are 9" wide so it might work
Thank You!

I'm going nuts. I have 321 gears can I do 2956020 with out being a slug downshifting at highway ?
Less than 50 pound tire should be fine. If it’s a 70-80 pound tire expect highway shifts between 7-8
Hey man when you put those tires on did you have like a tire pressure indication come on the dash? And if so howd you fix it ?
1500’s are set for 35 psi I think.. no problems just install stock sensors
@@RockyRohde ok 👌 thanks man
What offset wheels are you running. I was thinking 20x10-12 wheels . But I like to run the 22x10 -24 with 35x12.50.
Fuel assault 22x10
What’s the offset measurement on the wheels ?
Did your parking assist stop working?
No
Awesome video thank you!
Thanks!!
How much did this affect your gas mileage?
Expect 3 mpg drop on average
