You should put rockwool insulation between the joists held in place with chicken wire then plasterboard the underside as a fire barrier now you have running electrics under the stairs... this will also help sound reduction abit. I would say you need some ventilation so that gap above or below the hidden door is good for that.. ? Also you need to be careful not to lift the stairs when someone coming down it... so yea there's that ! 😅
