Can you guys add 4th sea and a 2 new NPC , inorder to go to the 4th sea you must defeat the floating turtle and once you defeat the floating turtle you must talk to the new npc and once you finish talking to him he will ask you to go to the captain and talk to him once thats finish congrats you are now in the 4th sea and the first island should be arlong park and not only that once you finish killing the floating turtle you can spawn him again like a raid boss.
