Morning Musume is the oldest group in Hello!Project & probably the oldest group in jpop that is still active, they debuted in 1997 & keep on going with the concept of graduation & addition of new members. What i find interesting about hello!project is that majority of their members did not start as good singers/dancers (mostly just average skills when they debuted) but they'll improve tremendously with each concert/live performance. They had a lot of concert tours in a year, which contributed a lot to their improvement. One example is my oshi Sato masaki, she was below average when she debuted & she blossomed like crazy on stage, she had one of the best stage presences by the time she graduated. So hello!project currently has 7 groups 1. Morning Musume'24, debuted in 1997, their flagship group. 2. Angerme - debuted in 2008, previously known as S/mileage. 3. Juice=Juice - debuted in 2013 . 4. Tsubaki Factory - debuted in 2017. 5. Beyooooond - debuted in 2019. 6. Ocha Norma - debuted 2021. 7. Rosy chronicles - will debut this year/next year btw thank you for reacting to hello!project. They're severely underrated. My current fav in h!p right now is Angerme (pronounced as ahn-joo-roo-moo), their name means Angel's tears.
seeing my video was an unexpected surprise! aside from the lyric videos on my channel, i normally make my content in an unserious manner that's more for other fans - not those trying to learn more, so the fast clips and out of context comments can definitely be jarring haha. but i'm still happy you found a few songs and moments that you liked!
The problem wtih reacting to this is that the clips/captions have a bit of context needed behind them to appreciate what the person who uploaded them is trying to convey. But apart from that, thanks for watching and appreciating HaroPro idols!! These groups have so many bangers, I grew up listening to them from 2005 onwards, nowadays I dont follow the groups as closely as I used to but its still my comfort music to listen to 😊 Some recommendations personally: This is Unmei by Melon Kinenbi, any song by Buono! really or Hello! Project's Wedding cover album, that one has some legendary songs
It’s just pronounced Juice Juice. The H!P groups by age are Morning Musume 24, ANGERME (formerly Smileage), Juice=Juice, Tsubaki Factory, BEYOOOOONDS, Ocha Norma and Rosy Chronicles who haven’t had a debut song or MV yet. A disbanded group featured in these videos is Kobushi Factory whose former member Inoue Rei (the beat boxer in purple) is now a member of Juice=Juice.
Imagine going to their concerts seeing them live too 😩 me personally I wanna go to all of them but mostly I wanna go to a morning musume concert 😩my goal is to go to a h!p concert or a morning musume concert since they were the one I’m into the most than other groups
Couple of notes: ANGERME, pronounced anjurumu, just like you say it, was called S/Mileage from 2009-2014. They had a rebrand in early 2015. Important note if you plan on doing reactions by choosing the songs yourself: Hello Project live songs are often played in their shortened version. They bypass the second verses and chorus to go right to the bridge. This permits them to do more songs in their concerts. A rule of thumb is that you can be more confident they will play the full version the closer the song is to its release date. Yes, Kassa is Momona and was the one twirling in 46 Oku Nen LOVE. Yes, the beatboxer is the purple girl. She is Inoue Rei and is now in JUICE=JUICE ever since Kobushi Factory disbanded in the early 2020s.
Hello Project is very protective of their MVs every reactor I know is constantly pausing and reacting to keep their reaction videos up. If that’s not your style it might not be worth posting to TH-cam. Definitely check them out though. Also there are so many idol groups in Japan that often there isn’t a lot of quality control as in training for the members so there are a lot of weak performers in jpop. There are weak performers in kpop as well but they hide them better.
Most of them aren't that old. I counted 18 clips in the first video that used songs released with currently active members in the group when they were released.

I know that mm debuted in 1997 but didn’t they made their first album in 1998?
Hello Project needs way more attention! The songs are amazing and their dance and singing is always on point!
Morning Musume was my life until 2015/16 before kpop stole my attention, and I love how all of their major songs/performances are still in my memory

Morning Musume is old af. It started in 1999 and most of the songs in the video are old songs the current MM is signing.
Most of them aren't that old. I counted 18 clips in the first video that used songs released with currently active members in the group when they were released.
No they debuted in 1997 but didn’t made their first album in 1998 not 1999
