    Very creative use of PVC pipes.

    I love this idea! Going to have to try something like this myself!

      Still working well for me. After a few years of use, weeping willow sticks in the leaves are problematic and the PVC frames need a little modification, other than that works as I’d hoped.

    Thank you for your informational video. I just purchased this system. My frustrating issue is how to attach the system to my Husqvarna 125B blower. I'm thrilled to see that is what you have the system attached to..If you have posted a video with this info please point me in that direction. If not, could you kindly walk me through with that part. Thank you.

      I’m glad you like the review. I actually have the 125BVX from Lowes. It is the same motor but it comes with the vacuum tube, chopper blades, and bag/spout for leaf pickup.

    Joe love the idea sharing, so the dia of the black hose is a little bigger than 3"? how tight is the fit of the hose over the 3" straight pvc? i have an idea to use hose to blow attic cellulose into a few bare spots touch up, i have a worx 509 mulcher blower and will connect the black hose kit using factory orange connector to replace my vacum bag, but want to extend the hose with maybe 3" staight pvc laid on attic floor , and then just feed chunks into the vacum to break up and fluff, the 509 has dial turn down the volume flow so will adjust lower if need. So that hose s slightly larger than 3" to fit over a 3" pvc straight?

      The 3” ?sdr35? Is a near perfect fit.

    I just ordered that WORX system tonight. I already have a hose like that for my Black & Decker vaccum. I'll try to mate both with that universal adapter, but I would rather have a more sturdy connection. Was it a 3 inch pvc that fit the end of the hose?

      Yes, 3” white thin wall sewer/drain pipe (not schedule 40) I believe schedule 35, found it at menards.

    can be done with two leaf collection bins or trash cans instead of bags

    What did you use to keep the bags rigid enough to tie the cover on?

      In the end of the video you’ll see me remove the PVC pipe frames that I use to hold the bags rigid. I made them out of 3/4” pvc. Probably could be a little more sturdy but I only use them twice a year so they work well for me.

    Absolutely a yard that big you need a riding vacuum. He created a leaf Venturi and clogged his hose 🤣

    Seems like a good way to keep your kid busy for hours. 🤨

    Dude, just buy a mulching lawnmower with mulching blades. You'd be done so fast with that flat open area, and you can use it to mow your grass all year too. You're doing way too much work.

      LOL. I guess you didn’t watch the whole video. At the end, I said it was for demo purposes and I’d be a fool to actually use it on a yard like that. it’s a nice adapter but it definitely has it pros and cons. 😆

    just drag around a regular trash can. This system used in video seems inefficient, too clunky.

    • @joepiepmeier815
      @joepiepmeier815  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s not ideal, but I like to tinker with things. Yes, the trash can would work well as the system was intended but I was trying to come up with ideas to get the leaves directly into leaf bags.
