Tesla's as much a story stock as it is a reality stock at this point, says Oppenheimer's Colin Rusch

I'm thinking of putting some cash in stocks, I was at Salt Shack and I overheard some friends saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?
The safest approach I feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. it's important to seek the guidance of an expert.

A crash and bullish market provides equal high-yield potential, it's all about information and strategy application, I've seen folks make huge 7figure profit in a crashing market and pull it off much easily in a bull market Unequivocally the crash/recession is getting somebody somewhere rich.
On occasion you can beat the market with blind luck, but I wouldn't depend on it. Having a science background there is a saying, 'Luck favors the informed', I've found it to be true, allowed me in great part to retire early
No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.
Impressive! How can I contact this advisor? My portfolio has underperformed, and I need guidance.

Even the market are now very unpredictable. Started investing recently when the market prices were a bit high, today I am more than 60% down!
Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Devion Jane

Another great video, thanks! I think the market is over-heated. And I am concerned that people are focusing less on fundamentals and just chanting the mantra of dollar cost averaging and driving the market higher without considering fundamentals. It is a catch-22 for me. I mean I like stock prices going higher but I also hate buying over-priced stocks and ETFs. Personally, I have stopped buying growth ETFs- they are ridiculously over-valued. Dividend stocks and ETFs are a little better but they are still over-valued. There is some hope with small and mid caps. I am not sure they are undervalued but at least they are less over-valued..This pattern offers a valuable insight for strategic planning. Despite these trends, i have delve deeply into active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 442k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Kelvin Hurdle, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape

Worst earnings report all time. elon and fanboys: 🔥🔥 _everything is ok!_ 🔥🔥
They always cheer Elon's BS blah blah . The numbers were terrible. Why is the SEC letting this manipulation continue. Elon and his pumper channels on You Tube are misleading inexperienced investors.
There was nothing in the earnings that we didn’t know, it is all priced in!
Guess we found a short-seller who got his a$$ handed to him today. It’ll be ok. Shorting Tesla has really been a great idea over the years. People shorted it all the way from 12 to 160.
“In the short run the market acts as a voting machine; in the long run it becomes a weighing machine.” - Benjamin Graham
Musk never said they were coming out with a low cost model. He was very vague.
It sounded pretty clear to me:
“We’ve updated our future vehicle lineup to accelerate the launch of new models ahead of previously mentioned startup of production in the 2nd half of 2025. So we expect it to be more like early 2025 if not late this year. These new vehicles, including more affordable models, will use aspects of the next generation platform as well as aspects of our current platforms and will be able to be produced on the same manufacturing lines as our current vehicle lineup.”
This is a channel of haters do not expect any engagement. Telsa to the moon
@@barconati “By the middle of next year, we’ll have over a million Tesla cars on the road with full self-driving hardware, feature complete, at a reliability level that we would consider that no one needs to pay attention,”

It sounds pretty clear to me it is just a projection. Until it happens, it's just happy talk.

Hello 👋
Tesla NEW model 3 PERFORMANCE is a bmw, audi, porsche KILLER.
5:15 lol
It is true. Tesla customers are normally left wing and Elon has chosen to be in the right in politics. This is bud light all over again
What the Heck is this guy talking about? FSD Not even close to happening? Has he driven version 12.3.4?
That was a very surprising statement which makes me wonder if the guy knows anything. I have watched TH-cam videos of FSD and it is amazing.
Why America 🇺🇸 don’t appreciate USA companies like Tesla but try to pull it down?
Imagine a stock’s future being contingent on the company making ONE AFFORDABLE VEHICLE while its competitors produce multiple. Tesla is a pandemic vehicle. The music is finally slowing after a really amazing run of growth and so the company pivots more toward autonomy. Meanwhile the cybertruck WILL AWAYS have production and quality issues no matter how many “orders” there may be. meanwhile sales decline for model 3 and Y (flagships) and nobody wants to pay for models S and X. Everything musk comes up with is straight out of the movie Total Recall. Also it’s an election year. This is the worst time for Tesla to be down. Robotaxis, cybertrucks and autonomous robots are what you’re betting on now. Enjoy. The words Tesla and “affordable” should never be in the same sentence. THE EV space as a whole is an expensive undertaking just without gas. So I don’t know what kinds of out the door sale and service prices people expect. It’s gonna cost no matter what, don’t be naive.
The cybertruck is a prototype platform for the model 2 robotaxi
It's not talked about much with 48v and steer by wire and no Paint shop needed for stainless steel
If you wanna see the robotaxi it was in the Walter Isaacson book last year
And hinted at in master plan part 3
Why people keep saying we aren’t close?! My car drives itself almost anywhere now with no input other than the very very annoying prompt to touch screen. It has gotten way better than 3 months ago.
Apparently, you haven't seen reports in which Tesla drivers had gotten into 956 accidents using autopilot, some of them fatal. If you are talking about true FSD (Full Self Driving), it is NOT ready yet. As of now, you still need human monitoring and intervention. Yes, it will continue to get better, but it is not close.
Tesla fsd is like Amazon grocery store ai. Just a dude in India driving your car for you 😂 that’s why you gotta pay a subscription fee
@@user-ll9qk2el4d Not ready yet and close are not the same thing. As for the accidents, they have the lowest rate than any other brands because of those features. There might be more reports because Tesla is great click bait for small minded folks but facts do not support that narrative.
Take unmanned Waymo’s for long time in SF, so I would hope Tesla not far away 🤞
@@user-ll9qk2el4dnobody died in fsd. And so what if people die in ADAS? Every car since the 90s have autopilot cruise control
Fsd is like chatgpt its always improving
Robotaxi, self-driving vehicles - BYD and other Chinese EV manufacturers will take over within 5 years and render Tesla your grandfather's EV vehicle. They are done like dinner.
Elon sees the future and what I heard him say was: Model this and model that is irrelevant. Its ALL about autonomy and only Tesla has it. If a car does not drive itself then its a horse and carriage (no-one will buy). Then I heard him say that Tesla is going to take that same AI model and drop it on other stuff starting with a Humanoid Robot that will be more valuable then the car company. Tesla is SO far ahead and the mainstream media is literally still discussing "Can we charge if its cold".
If only Musk devoted as much time to Tesla as he's doing at tweeting and politics, maybe Tesla wouldn't be in such a dire state. That guy is in full hubris mode.
How do you describe "dire state", 25 billions in cash and cash equivalents is an appropriate definition of "dire state". So I totally agree with you.

Struggles means the predictions are very questionable
It's sad the word "political" is has to be used when talking about a car company. Personally, I don't give two chits what Elon Musk thinks politically, as I am buying the car Tesla makes, which is a damn good one. Politics continues to divide us, puts us into different boxes. It's time we use our brains and not make decision across party lines or a biased media outlet. No party has the patent on "right", no one is perfect, no company always makes the right decisions at the right time, but to hate on Tesla for being future forward, for having an outspoken leader who has the balls to say unpopular things or speak his mind? Chit, most of us do that on a daily basis, most Trump supporters love that very thing about him. To me, when CNBC covers Tesla and Elon negatively 95% of the time, it's no longer about cars, earnings or technology; it's personal and political.
It's always been a good idea to invest in a company solely on what they do today and not project into the future years at all...
True. At the same time, investors want to see results, not just talk and promises.
@user-ll9qk2el4d which elon talks a lot. And his timelines have been way off when projecting future years road map. But eventually he delivers. Like full self driving Is finally here after 5 years of promises
@@ZupE891 Do you really understand what Full Self Driving is in a practical sense? It means no driver's monitoring or intervention is necessary.
Tesla's disclaimer:
"Autopilot and Full Self-Driving Capability are intended for use with a fully attentive driver, who has their hands on the wheel and is prepared to take over at any moment. While these features are designed to become more capable over time, the currently enabled features do not make the vehicle autonomous."
@user-ll9qk2el4d we have the supervised version right now. But it's capabilities is on the verge of not needing any supervision. That's why the robotaxi event is now finally scheduled. Tesla knows what the tech is 4 months before we see it

There is massive demand for hybrids and PHEVs. Go to any Toyota dealer and you have to get on a waitlist for those cars. By contrast, Tesla inventory is massively discounted to sell. It doesn't help that EV buyers are overwhelmingly and passionately liberal and the Tesla CEO came out recently as maga. Those buyers are avoiding Tesla like the plague. The question is whether Tesla can survive as a company with Musk at the helm.
One of the many drawbacks of turning your company into a cult of personality.
Some of toyota hybrids has 1.5-2 yr waiting list.
